Fellowship programs guarantee top-tier talent due to the rigorous application process and workshops. The workshop curriculum developed by HBCU 20x20 is used to facilitate the pipelining of students into receiving a job or internship at the end of the fellowship program.
Network 2 Networth shifts the business connection to a more social setting. Speed networking provides employers with the opportunity to connect directly with Black professionals seeking new opportunities.
