Program areas at HDI

HDI aims to free populations of debilitating diseases which are deemed to be eradicable as public health problems, but insufficiently addressed at the time HDI becomes engaged. Currently, the organization is working to eradicate Obstetric Fistula, Guinea Work Disease, and Lymphatic Filariasis. In addition, HDI is now engaged in the Integrated Control of Neglected Tropical Diseases in large, economically disadvantaged populations.
