Program areas at HOH
Gymnastics train 1,500 students per year,both youth and adult. Programs include competitive and recreational Gymnastics, tumbling, and dance. We reach out to the community, offering field trips to schools, after school programs, camps, and provide off site training classes for nursery schools. We also offer specialized competitive training camps and summer camps for youth of all ages, and host competitive Gymnastics meets for youth teams. We provide a community sports center serving all of the east bays diverse community. Fees are affordable, and tuition assistance is provided when needed.
