Program areas at Healing Transitions

Recovery services - offers a long-term, peer-driven, 12-step oriented, residential addiction recovery program at no cost to the individual.
Enterprise programs - expands the mission of Healing Transitions by creating job opportunities for clients and assistance with housing needs. All revenue derived from donated goods and services under this program is related the the exempt function of the organization.
Shelter & detox - provides emergency, wet shelter and social setting detoxification for homeless, uninsured, and underserved individuals with alcoholism and other drug addictions.
Rapid response program - in conjuction with wake county, staff members reach out to individuals immediately after experiencing an overdose reversal; the goal is to provide them with support and offer resources to help them find recovery. Another goal is to reduce the burden on ems/first repsonders and divert individuals from emergency departments and jails.
