Health Care for All Oregon

In 2023, hcao increased awareness about the inequities in access to healthcare and educated the public about opportunities to have a voice in addressing these inequities. Volunteers advocated for policies to increase access to healthcare based on a set of values and principles. Hcao increased its members and endorsers, added new business allies and collaborated with the Oregon public Health association and other organizations. Hcao counts among its accomplishments working to inoculate the public against misinformation intended to block the passage of measure 111, producing an informational monthly newsletter and engaging with chapters, faith groups and unions statewide. Hcao continued to diversify its board in alignment with our equity principle.
