Health Partners is our medicaid plan that serves pennsylvanians with low or no income. While we cover doctor visits, prescriptions, immunizations, eye exams and hospitalizations, we also promote Health and wellness with extra benefits. Please refer to schedule o for additional information.
The children's Health insurance program (chip), brought to you by kidzpartners, provides Pennsylvania children (up to age 19) with free or low-cost Health coverage, depending on family size and income. Please refer to schedule o for additional information.
Health Partners medicare offers three medicare advantage Plans all designed to meet your unique healthcare needs. Our medicare advantage Plans provide more benefits than original medicare with no or low monthly plan premiums. Please refer to schedule o for additional information.
