Spanish Peaks Healthcare Systems

To provide comprehensive treatment and other support services to persons suffering from mental illness, alcohol and/or substannce abuse and/or other behavioral health related problems through its supported, nonprofit subsidary oprganizations.

Providing administrative services for health solutions which provides behavioral health services to individual in southern Colorado. There were approximately 150,000 encounters including residential and group therapy, case management, consultation and education in addition to individuals with various addictions.

The foundation provides payroll and related accounting services to subsidiary organizations, 501c3

Public charities. The subsidiary organizations pay the foundation for payroll expenses, taxes and fringe

Benefits. These services are the primary means by which the foundation accomplishes its exempt purpose.

The foundations only function or purpose is to provide governance oversight and administrative support

Services to its subsidiary 501c3 organizations and to thereby assist them in fulfilling their charitable missions.

These administrative services include accounting and financial services, human resources and information

Technology. These are all services that the subsidiary organizations would have to perform for themselves if the

Services were not provided by the foundation.

The foundation is the sole member of Spanish Peaks medicaid, llc, ein 27-2671201, whose purpose is to account for

Medicaid receipts and disbursements to subsidiary 501c3 organizations.

The foundation is the sole member of Spanish Peaks asset management llc, ein 47-2143404, whose purpose is to

Account for real estate of its subsidiary 501c3 organizations.

The foundation is the sole member of life solutions, llc, ein 35-2535521, whose purpose is to account for

Insurance third party receipts and disbursements to subsidiary 501c3 organizations.
