HFHP PROVIDES HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO FIDA MEMBERS, WHOSE BENEFIT CAN BE INTEGRATED AND CARE ACROSS THE MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS. IN 2023, HFHP SERVED 0 FIDA MEMBERS.

Hfhp provides Health care services to complete care members. Completecare is a medicaid advantage plus special needs Plan that combines medicare and medicaid benefits, with added long-term care services for qualified dual-eligible members. In 2023, hfhp served 30,771 complete care members.
