Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas

The organization is authorized under the Florida department of health/family health services to implement the provisions of floridas Healthy Start legislation in Pinellas county, Florida. The organization has the primary objective of addressing the prenatal and infant health care of all pregnant women and children with emphasis on the uninsured, medicaid recipients and other indigent individuals by developing systems of maternal and child health care which will maximize public and private cooperation and improve health care.
