Heart of Grant County's survivor assistance program provided advocacy services to over 99 survivors of domestic abuse and their families; answered 29 crisis calls; provided over 1,053 hours of in-person support services; and provided 438 shelter nights and 1,052 transitional housing
Heart of Grant County launched a self-awareness program designed to reach survivors in the community that may not be ready for support services. Activities included equine assisted learning art classes creative writing walking and much more. Outreach activities included updating posters and informational flyers throughout Grant County facebook posts along with radio and newspaper programs.
Heart of Grant County provided support services to over 8 survivors of sexual assault.
