Current programs and services at Heartbeat of Toledo, inc.all services are free and confidential-your first look womens center offers free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to confirm viability of pregnancy and gestational age. Heartbeat performs over 1,000 ultrasounds a year.-provide an opportunity to consult with a registered nurse on pregnancy/health issues.-free 6-month supply of prenatal vitamins and referral to a doctor(additional 6-month supply is available).-options counseling, provide information regarding all options-pregnancy information-free baby layettes when baby is born-heart to heart earn while you learn prenatal and parenting lessons with opportunity to earn much needed baby items such as strollers, high chairs, clothing, pack and plays, and more.-provide information on sexually transmitted diseases and limited std testing.-assist clients in evaluating lifestyles and goals. -help clients with practical solutions for medical, legal, educational, and social matters.-school education programs about abstinence and sexually transmitted diseases.-referrals for prenatal medical care, adoption consultation, clergy counseling of all faiths, post-abortion healing, high school completion, and other social service needs.-our mobile womens center travels throughout lucas county to offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, limited sti testing, and options for counseling.
