Working with youth through its Heirs To Our Ocean program (h2oo) To inspire the next generation of leaders by connecting them in purpose, educating them on the environmental and humanitarian crises they are inheriting, cultivating necessary skills To make real-world change and supporting youth in realizing solutions To today's global challenges. H2oo works To achieve its vision where all youth understand the world they are inheriting and are capable of creating a healthier, safer world for themselves and future generations. It offers full scholarships To undeserved youth around the world To attend its educational, skill-building and connection workshop and summit opportunities.

H2oo is further developing its u.s. Youth advisory council for the un Ocean decade (u.s. yac unod), formed in 2020 and the first in the world. H2oo is a decade implementation partner of the ioc-unesco and through its program the u.s. yac unod, youth ages 15-25 from around the country and territories convene for an 8 month cohort collaborating with the u.s. national committee To the un Ocean decade and noaa. H2oo also focused on developing its internship and fellowship program, offering youth advanced leadership opportunity within the organization.
