These programs offered safe, service-rich residential environments and worked with the residents to achieve employment and permanent housing.during 2023, Help USA operated 1941 units of permanent affordable and supportive housing at 29 residences across the united states. In these programs, Help USA housed families and individuals who were formerly homeless, at risk of homelessness, and living with disabilities such as serious mental illness. In 2023, Help USA provided non-residential social and supportive services to over 18,000 individuals and members of families who were homeless, at risk of homelessness, or low income. These services included homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, case management services, and employment services. In the case of homelessness prevention. In 2023, Help sunsetted our pandemic-related prevention program in suffolk county.
