Helping Hand provided individualized services for Henderson County children from three to five years of age who have an extensive range of physical and emotional needs. HHDC served approximately 30 children with 57% of those children having special needs. Helping Hand closed as of 1/31/2024 due to inadequate state funding and inablilty to hire qualified staff.
