Program areas at Helping Paws of North Georgia

Our organization began when one caring individual noticed a malnourished dog chained outside with no shelter and decided to offer assistance. This single act of kindness evolved into outreach trips, by a group of volunteers, who regularly visit underserved areas to deliver pet food, houses, and other much needed supplies. Since then Spay/Neuter has been our focal point of our assistance and have provided more than 500 animals as of December 2023. We also provid routine vaccinations and, when funds allow, assist in emergency medical care. We have helped to rehome over 200 animals and host low-cost vaccine clinic in 2023.
