Senior center - open monday-friday, the agency offers a wide variety of educational, recreational, social, and nutritional programs. These programs provide opportunities for companionship, education, and volunteering.
Friendly visiting - trained volunteers and staff visit homebound elderly persons to observe and support their well-being. Program alleviates loneliness, provides support and promotes independent living.
Care management - staff assesses client needs, refers them to appropriate services, and follows up to determine adequate service delivery, client satisfaction and other needs. Provides opportunities for independent living and support for the homebound.
Transportation - the agency offers transportation referrals to groceries, medical appointments, and other life essential places. This program provides opportunities for improved health, better nutrition, and independent living.
Home & yard work - light housecleaning and seasonal yard work.
