Hers-Higher Education Resource Services

Hers (higher Education Resource Services) is a leadership development and research organization dedicated to creating and sustaining a diverse network of leaders in higher Education. Hers programs are open to all genders who support this mission, hers historically focused on offering programs for women leaders in higher Education. Currently,our programs span the career life cycle for all leaders, from all institution types, and all backgrounds. Hers is unique in that we prioritize equity in leadership as a way of creating equitable opportunities to thrive for all college and university campus constituents.
