Through a series of services centered around the simple belief that engaged learning creates engaged learners and engaged leaders, hcel serves as a partner, mentor, model, and an ongoing resource for classroom educators, Educational administrators, and Educational governing boards. During the 2022-2023 school year, hcel provided Educational training services for educators and students in the central Texas area through their various Educational programs. Hcel operates live oak Leadership academy (lola), a learning environment where students can flourish, as educators and students alike collaborate with one another through a creative and innovative learning design.
