Program areas at HOPE

Leadership - statewide leadership programs incorporating experiential learning, personal, and group skill development and fellowship among participants focusing on the interrelated issues of health, economic development and education.
Youth & college leadership - a statewide development program designed to prepare low-income, high school-age latinas for a self-sufficient future that will allow for economic and Political parity through a college education.
Latina history day - a conference that gathers latinas to celebrate history and empowers women through workshops and other activities.
State of latinas - is a series of publications that details facts and figures highlighting the status of how latinas are faring in the united states. The publications are used by the public to measure what type of program or policies are working to support the advancement of latinas.
Latina action day - policy and advocacy conference designed to educate latinas on the Political process through workshops and experimental training.
Binational fellowship - a program for outstanding latina executives from the united states and mexico to catapult their leadership onto the national and global stage.
