The project will rehabilitate a national register eligible property at 652 sherburne into six units of deeply affordable housing with the goal of transitioning them to community ownership. Sir boxing:in 2022 we provided technical assistance and cdbg funding to support redevelopment of a vacant commercial building at 965 arcade street into the new home of the locally owned and operated sir boxing club.
