Program areas at Holy Yoga Foundation
The work of Holy Yoga was focused on soul care, outreach, and support sos. Soul care was how we work with god in all dimensions of our hidden and spiritual lives. We accomplished this through bible studies, meditation, prayer calls, leadership development, and peer groups. Outreach was an invitation to encounter genuine community and receive nourishment for the body, mind, and spirit. We accomplished this through care calls, the Holy Yoga experience, and other outreach activities. Support was given to Holy Yoga instructors to provide the practical tools to build an effective ministry. We accomplished this through a comprehensive monthly guidance package called the encounter and online communities facilitated by our regional shepherds. The organization ceased these progrm activities at the end of september 2020.
