Membership services-offer support and serices to local associations
Regulatory affairs is a program designed to help member-builders stay abreast of code requirements and compliance issues affecting the building industry as a whole. By disseminating up to date information, through seminars, email alerts and mailings, Builders rely on critical information necessary to build houses that are in compliance with local and jurisdictional statues, code requirements and laws.
Government affairs-participation in legislative issues affecting the Association. There has been an increased effort to include more members participation. Efforts include travelling gac meetings, utilization of the latest technology and briefing members before the winter board meeting
