Resource Center: Caring Place. HSCCC identified a location to establish a resource center to bring service providers together in one facility in one of the largest cities in Clackamas County. The initial Resource Center will be located in Oregon City . The property has been identified due diligence completed. The facility was purchased Oct 2023 with Master Design and development plans underway. A $10 million grant has been awarded from Clackamas County to partially fund the endevor.
Operating Fund for HSCCC. HSCCC operations focus on identifying the needs of the community to prevent homelessness making it rare breif and non-recurring.
