Through equine-assisted counseling interventions, we support adults in exploring emotions, enhancing self-awareness, and developing coping strategies. 2. Grief and loss groups: we offer specialized support groups for adults coping with grief and loss, providing a compassionate space for healing and connection. Participants engage in therapeutic activities with horses to process their emotions, share experiences, and find comfort in community support. 3. Addiction support: our equine assisted counseling groups offer support and resources for adults navigating addiction recovery. Through the transformative power of horses, we strive to inspire Hope, healing, and positive change in the lives of young people with our various program offerings: 1. Mind times with horses: mind times with horses is an after-school program that utilizes equine- assisted activities to enhance social-emotional learning among youth. Through interactive sessions with horses, participants learn communication skills, emotional regulation, empathy, and teamwork. 2. Individual mental health counseling: our licensed counselors provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each youth. Using evidence-based techniques alongside equine-assisted therapy, we address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. 3. Grief and loss groups: we offer specialized equine assisted counseling groups for youth navigating the complexities of grief and loss. Participants engage in therapeutic activities with horses to explore emotions, express feelings, and develop coping strategies in a supportive environment. 4. Addiction support: our program offers assistance to youth struggling with addiction through equine-assisted counseling. We provide a safe space for participants to process their experiences, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build resilience on their path to recovery. 5.
