Hpcfm is dedicated to advancing and promoting excellence in end-of-life Care by:- advocating for members, patients, families and the end of life caregiving communit y by promoting public policy in the legislature and with regulatory agencies that support improvements in end-of-life Care- sponsoring educational programs that build knowledge and skills of Hospice and Palliative Care professionals and volunteers- enhancing awareness of end of life Care by providing information and referrals to the public as well as health and human service professionalsfostering innovation to improve end-of-life Care through collaboration, information and networkinglast year, Hospice and Palliative Care member programs provided Care to more than 21,000 terminally ill patients and their families. In addition to its Hospice and Palliative Care members, organizations, businesses and individuals who support its mission are welcome as hpcfm members.
