Home care, Hospice and bereavement care, and private duty care provided to residents of western central Colorado. Approximately 13,199 Hospice days, 4,422 home health visits, and 9,255 private duty hours were provided in 2022. As the largest home care and Hospice provider in central western Colorado, we provide home and Hospice care to patients in over 6,000 square miles. Though the largest percentage of our patients are medicare, we also serve medicaid/va patients and private pay patients.
