Hospices of Cny and Finger Lakes

Hospice program provides a set of supporting services to terminally ill patients and their families principally in The home setting. Camp healing hearts is a four day bereavement camp providing learning, healthy grief and hopeful living for 25 children and teens ages 6-14, who have experienced The loss of someone close to them.

Qualified counselors provide individual counseling and bereavement therapy for community members of all ages who are living with loss. 62 clients served.
