Opened the home to youth in September 2023. During this time 30 youth were housed and counseled. During their stay the following steps are taken: Assess participants for risk of negative determinants of health, Provide direct interventions to reduce instance of of negative determinants of health, 12 month evaluation of avoidance through survey follow up. The Essential service provisions are as follows: Recreation, Academic Support, Crisis Support, Counseling, Transportation, Housing, Clothing, food, personal items, Legal and community service opportunities.
