In january 2022, the organization took further steps in the Development of the glebe/mt. Vernon project in the arlandria neighborhood of Alexandria. The project received zoning and Development entitlements for 474 units of affordable Housing and approximately 40,000 sq.ft. Of community serving non-residential Development. In june 2022, the first phase of this project received a 9% lihtc tax credit award for 74 units.
