For over 50 years, hands has successfully developed more than 1,033 units of affordable rental Housing in 9 counties across Pennsylvania. Hands multifamily developments are among the best designed and constructed rental communities in Pennsylvania. In addition, hands develops and builds single family homes for moderate to low income families who are often first time home buyers. Hands also provides support services to our resident families to enrich their experience and ensure a successful long term living arrangement.
