Eviction Defense- HJL focuses on eviction Defense through established mechanisms of prevention. Monthly eviction training with tenants monthly popular education classes canvassing door knocking conferences and eviction support.
The HJL Fellowship program is 12 weeks of Quarterly sessions. This program aims to support tenants' engagement and tenant organizing know your rights staffing a hotline and a focus on strengthening TA through facilitation decision-making skills communication training and conflict resolution.
