Hws3 has contracted with Community pharmacies to administer these Services to their patients for a fee. These contracts authorize the pharmacy to bill medicaid, medicare and third-party insurance remitting the collected funds less their fees to hws3. The pharmacy fees cover the cost of drugs and administrative fees, and allow the pharmacy to purchase directly from the drug wholesalers the drugs which replenish their stock.
