Habitat protection and development this has included development of a shorebird habitat, installation of nest boxes, and pollinator projects.
Promoting knowledge appreciation and conservation of birdlife and natural resources this included sponsoring speakers at Club regular meetings and special presentations at Howard County conservancy. Staffing information tables at various venues. Published a newsletter and developed an educational website. Supported youth mos. Monitored and documented Bird and wildlife populations (seasonal Bird counts, breeding Bird atlas, butterfly survey, annual Bird lists, rare Bird alerts, photo gallery, and field trips for the general public.)
