THIS INCLUDES UNIQUELY DESIGNED RESIDENCES THAT ARE WELL SUITED TO ACCOMMODATE THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS, AS WELL AS ON-SITE SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION OF WELL TRAINED DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS. day habilitation - providing assistance with acquisition, retention or improvement of self-help, socialization and adaptive skills. Group Day Habilitation Services are typically provided to two or more enrolled people with disabilities. Group Day Habilitation Services are provided on weekdays and have a service start time prior to 3:00 p.m. and Supplemental Group Day Habilitation Services are provided with a start time after 3:00 p.m. and any time on weekends.
