Assisted 4 callers needing relief from pregnancy loss and emotional support services. Assisted 2 callers needing legal and/or medical resources for life-sustaining concerns;end-of-life/family in crisis (euthanasia).
Distributed 40 regularly scheduled educational emails and fielded 60 customized communications from general public inquiries on various topics within our scope. Made 5 referrals for end-of-life resources (family crises) and put on 1 conference: nw profile conference with 225 attendees (private event).
