Program areas at Hustle Mommies
Paint the Hood Orange was an initiative and campaign to raise awareness about gun violence in the South, West and Near North Side of Chicago. The initiative aims to heal trauma by bringing resources to the mothers and their community in addition to elevating the voices of those impacted by gun violence. Programming includes events, action meetings, baby showers, protests and campaigns.
Hustle Mommies Relief Fund is a fund that provides financial assistance for mothers in need. This includes items for children, bills, food, therapy, career training etc.
The Moms Mean Business program was designed to support Black entrepreneurs who are mothers with personal and professional development, access to capital and mentoring. The program includes the 100 Shades of Mompreneurs Soiree, Pitch Like A Mom pitch competition, baby showers for aspiring entrepreneurs, family learning opportunities through the EducateUS program and the MOM THINK TANK workshops and networking mixers.
