Program areas at I Am Boundless

At Boundless, we take great pride in providing high-quality residential services to adults with developmental disabilities. We understand the importance of home, and we're here to support and empower the people we serve to make the most of their home experience every day. By using their io waivers, the individuals we serve at home can receive staff visits as needed for as little as one hour a week, to round-the-clock care. Our dedicated team of professionals help with a wide range of activities, including personal hygiene, money management, shopping, housekeeping, cooking, community outings and more. A significant part of our residential program, the parent directed program (pdp) at Boundless offers one-of-a-kind, in-home residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities who either live with or adjacent to their family members. We understand the importance of family involvement and we work closely with families to ensure the best care possible. At Boundless, we believe in the power of partnership and support. Through the pdp program, Boundless serves over 1,000 individuals and their families each month, providing over 1-million service hours throughout the year, enabling families to take more control over the staff who care for their beloved children.
Our board-certified behavior analysts, behavior specialists and qualified behavioral health specialists use a strengths-based approach to provide individualized services at a location in the community, such as the home, day program, school or other community setting. As a part of a unique treatment plan, behavioral therapists use compassionate care and individualized learning opportunities based on the individual's interests. Our clinicians help individuals to build communication, self-regulation, social, learning readiness, coping, daily routines and self-care skills, while also teaching contextually appropriate behaviors. Our team works to provide integrated care with other care providers, family members and other professionals supporting the individual.
Boundless offers a variety of virtual, center-based, and entirely community-based adult day, employment, and vocational training programs. Our tailored offerings allow participants the chance to connect with others in their community through outings, activities, and hands-on learning opportunities. Our programs provide ongoing opportunities for people to connect with their peers, learn new skills, and explore their community. We take the time to get to know each of our participants and then develop person-centered programming that appeals to their individual needs and interests. We can even provide non-medical transportation to help people get where they need to go.
