I Am Why brings young women and gender expansive activists together with researchers and other partners to increase young activists' individual and collective power. Celebrating their strengths and sharing their stories and visions for justice, young people are centered in all of our work using three approaches: a methodology that authenticates narratives with policy and practice, communications tools that clarify issues, reframe solutions, and moderate discussions, and mentorship opportunities that build leadership capacity.
