Program areas at IBTTA Foundation
The Foundation held its annual, competitive leadership academy which trains the next generation of leaders and manager in the growing worldwide toll industry to perform their jobs effectively an serve the public interest. The Foundation also provided ongoing training and networking opportunities for academy alumni throughout their careers.
The Foundation performs several annual service projects to assist the community. In 2022 the Foundation provided grants to two food assistance organizations and provided materials and donated labor to the boys & girls club of cleveland, oh. The project volunteers constructed an outdoor rubberized playground to the club.
The scholarship program is an annual selective process through which the Ibtta Foundation provides college scholarships to undergraduates working towards a transportation-related degree at an accredited university. In 2022 the Foundation provided five $5,000 scholarships. Fundraising events provided much of the funding for this program.
