Program areas at ICAN
ICAN Day Programs ICAN's Day Programs teach life skills and provides social development for our clients through classes, clubs & activities. Each coach works with three clients. In 2022 ICAN operated a program site in Torrance and Long Beach and in 2023 added a new program site in Redondo Beach. Funding is provided by the State of California and through local non-profit agencies.
ICAN Social Programs ICAN provides weekend activities and multi-day camps for our clients which are funded by clients, client families & donations. In 2023 Local non-profit agencies began to fund ICAN camps and activities.
ICAN Supported Employment Supported employment provides job search, placement and on the job coaching in minimum wage or above jobs & internships. Coaching is on a one to one basis. Funding is provided by the State of California and by local non-profit agencies.
ICAN Marketplace Marketplace provides clients with (pop up) sales and service opportunities
