The puerto rico winter farm was started to satisfy the organization for economic cooperation and development (oecd) post-control requirement for corn. The identity preserved grain lab provides services to identify certain marketable grain traits that cannot be easily detected, such as chemical properties, hard endosperm properties in corn, possible damage due to drying and other hidden characteristics.
