Birth to five illinois:birth to five Illinois is a statewide regional infrastructure that works with the communities, amplifying their input in the development of Illinois early childhood education & Care policies and funding priorities.
Gateways to opportunity:gateways to opportunity is a comprehensive statewide program designed to meet the needs of childcare professionals in Illinois by providing a Network of resources in the areas of credentialing, career guidance, training, and professional development.
Geer ii:the geer ii grant has been used to develop and implement an early childhood awareness and enrollment campaign that has statewide reach, as well as develop curriculum focused on screening and evaluation tools for the consultant workforce. The geer ii grant also funded a statewide initiative called birth to five Illinois, which has created a community systems development infrastructure for early childhood education in Illinois.

Isbe pdg:the preschool development grant program assists the state of il in developing, updating, and implementing a strategic plan that faciliated collaborating and coordination amoung existing programs of early childhood Care and education in a mixed delivery systems across the state designed to prepare low-income and disadvantaged children to enter kindergarten and to improve transitions into the local educational agency or elementary school that enroll such children.
