Irna continued to grow its membership by enrolling and mentoring newly trained Imago therapists. A new membership program for trainees was rolled out with an emphasis on professional development, giving the trainee a free membership for the first year and a discounted second year. We continue to offer the ability to purchase a hipaa compliant zoom license as a benefit to our members as they continue to navigate their work in the covid-19 era. The membership circle conducted a phone campaign to reach out to non-renewing members for feedback and were successful in re-enrolling many of them.

Irna continued to sponsor the introductory module of the Imago clinical training online, enrolling more than 50 new trainees into the program. In addition, 2 sessions each of modules 2 and 3 were also offered, with 31 individuals completing the training portion of the certification process and 23 achieving their final certification as Imago relationship therapists. Five advanced Imago training classes were offered (3 online and 2 in person at the conference), plus an online workshop presenter training were presented in 2023 totaling almost 60k in revenue for the organization.

Educational webinars continue to be a significant contributor to irna's income in 2022. The education circle delivered 15 successful webinars to nearly 300 participants. Webinar topics covered a range of topics including ethics and couples therapy, parenting, using ketamine in couples therapy, and many more. Recorded webinar sales increased by more than 30%.
