Legal services - ilc provides free immigration Legal representation in state and federal court and before federal immigration agencies, including the omaha immigration court. Ilc has 24 attorneys and seven doj accredited representatives that specialize in the most complex and time-intensive case types, serving the most vulnerable immigrants in Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Resettlement services - the resettlement services department provides holistic and culturally effective resettlement services that empower newcomers to thrive in their new lives. Our team operates programs intended to meet newcomers' basic needs and enable refugee community members to become self-sufficient as quickly as possible.
