First, we use strengths - based leadership development to train and equip people and organizations worldwide with the skills they need to create transformative relationships across social and cultural boundaries. Then, we seek to improve the impact of short-term humanitarian efforts locally and throughout the world by connecting organizations with cross-cultural service learning opportunities that provide impoverished individuals and families with food, water, shelter, essential medical care, education, leadership development and mentorship programs.
