For more than 35 years, MPRO has demonstrated a commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare by creating innovative solutions for healthcare challenges based on research, data analysis and collaboration. MPRO is a partner in the Superior Health Quality Alliance, serving as the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' quality improvement initiatives across Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
For more than 30 years, MPRO has been at the forefront of national efforts to make healthcare better. As an Independent Review Organization, MPRO's data-driven work is delivered by experienced professionals - offering access to impartial, leading-edge resources and solutions. MPRO provides timely, objective and independent external reviews. MPRO has maintained a full accreditation as an Independent Review Organization through URAC since 2002.
Since 1988, MPRO has provided utilization review services for the Medicaid Fee-for-Service population for Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services. A major component of the program is the Prior Authorization Certification Evaluation Review (PACER). MPRO provides concurrent, prospective and retrospective reviews for the PACER program. MPRO has maintained a full accreditation as an Independent Review Organization through URAC since 2002.
