Program areas at Incight Company

The employment program focuses on connecting jobseekers with sustainable employment to unlock their full potential. It further seeks to shatter stigma and re-educate both employers and job seekers to shift their mindset around disability from focusing on limits to abilities. From large scale job fairs to intimate networking events, one thousand job seekers and business recruiters connected through Incight. Incight's employment services provide jobseekers with coaching, resume review, interview assistance, and meaningful connections.
The independence program encouraging individuals with barriers to self- advocate, unlock their potential, and live a full life. Incight's independence programs include the understanding magazine, activate, and the hall of fame. Activate is a one-stop shop for motivational, educational, and inspirational trainings geared to change culture and reduce barriers. The understanding is a quarterly publication geared toward pushing positive perspectives. Approximately 350 were served.
The education program reaches educators and students in high school to encourage higher education, employment, and independence. Incight's curriculum, multimedia tools, and events helped hundreds of students make the transition beyond high school to higher education, employment, and independent living. A total of 30 college students with disabilities received Incight scholarships.
