Our community-building efforts are targeted towards Millennial and Gen-Z. Cultivate IDEAS-Centered Organizations: We use an innovative next-gen team model to partner with organizations on holistically embedding IDEAS principles into their workplaces, cultures, programs, and processes. (Revenue: $265,211; Expenses: $40,791+ IG staff time; 50%)

Grow Next-Gen Leaders: Through a series of leadership development cohort programs such as the IDEAS Roundtables and The Dream in Me, we build the capacity of emerging leaders to create organizations and communities where Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Social Justice are embedded values to ensure that everyone can thrive.
