To support the development and construction of a childcare center by the applicant, resulting in an 5,265 square foot childcare center located at 6971 lapalco blvd, marrero, la 70072 and the reimbursement by borrower for costs incurred in the development and construction of an 12,188 square foot healthcare clinic by jefferson Community health care centers located at 7001 lapalco blvd, marrero, la 70072 and the applicant will lease the completed project to the sponsor pursuant to an operating lease on the childcare premises and operating lease on the clinic premises.
