Din nihi keyah project (dnkp) https://dinelanduse.org/ - we continue to virtually teach law students and map land-related inter-jurisdictional services, resources, policies and regulations relevant to community small land users on the navajo nation, and lay the foundation for indigenous traditional knowledge solutions. The website grew exponentially in 2023 with help from pace university law school land use law center and environmental programs.
Toohnii binaneest'a' altaas' alliance, inc. (toohbaa) - we took care of logistics and accounting for shiprock farmers and helped them obtain a new fiscal sponsor for future funds.
Navajo family voices (nfv) https://navajofamilies.org/ -- icgs is the organizational home for navajo family voices, serving at-risk families as well as service provider professionals. We continued and deepened existing partnerships; provided puberty rites of age presentations to youth and families, assisted in supply distributions, and completed surveys. In 2023, the "envisioning din bikeyah for our families 102 years from now- intergenerational family voices, lchn bizaad l, lchn hzhj b nahat'" forum was held on july 26-27, 2023 at the navajo nation museum in window rock, az in collaboration with din college land grant office and raising special kids (rsk) with additional funding from state of nm health programs.
Northern din relief effort (ndcvre) https://ndcvre.org/ -- ndcvre distribution activities included distribution of wood, school supplies, blankets, pumpkins, turkeys and groceries through drive up and doorstep deliveries across the shiprock navajo agency. Big mountain sacred sites-sovereign dineh nation (sdn) video project - supported the making, editing and packaging of a community video project documenting community voices in the big mountain area.
